1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the relationship between the Administration and the User when using the website and services that provide sports event analytics based on artificial intelligence (the “Service”).

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms their agreement to these Terms. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

2.1. The Service provides analytical information about football matches and other sports events, generated using artificial intelligence algorithms.

2.2. The analytics are formed based on publicly available data about sports events and do not use the User’s personal data.

2.3. The analytics results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of any events or recommendations for action.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. Access to some features of the Service may require authorization via Telegram.

3.2. When authorizing via Telegram, the User provides access only to the public information of their account: first name, last name (if provided), username, and avatar. The Administration does not request or store passwords or other private Telegram data.

3.3. The User is responsible for the security of their Telegram account. The Administration is not liable for unauthorized access to the User’s account.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The User undertakes to: not use the Service for illegal purposes; not take actions aimed at disrupting the functionality of the Service; not copy or distribute materials from the Service without the consent of the Administration.

4.2. The Administration has the right to: modify or discontinue the operation of the Service without prior notice; restrict access to the Service in case the User violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials posted on the Site, including analytics texts, graphics, logos, and software code, are the intellectual property of the Administration or are used legally.

5.2. The use of Service materials without the written permission of the Administration is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the provided analytics.

6.2. The Administration is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6.3. The User is solely responsible for their actions taken based on the information received through the Service.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time without prior notice. The new version comes into force from the moment it is published on the Site.

7.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if agreement is not reached, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
